MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is "to develop every player to their full potential", providing them the knowledge, guidance, and confidence to perform at their greatest, while supporting their individual soccer goals whether it be playing high school, collegiate, or professional soccer, or broader soccer-related pursuits. Ultimately, we create a culture that players, families, coaches, officials, and the community can feel proud to be a part of.

Leadership

Cascade FC strives to develop leaders on the field, in the community, and in all aspects of life. Our coaches lead players through the club's Long-Term Player Development Model; ultimately preparing athletes for high school soccer, college soccer, and other levels of the game which allow an individual to achieve their overall soccer goals.

Commitment

Cascade FC instills commitment into their players; teaching athletes to be committed to their own development, health, and education as well as the Cascade FC playing philosophy. Our coaches are committed to building a professional environment, which is based upon a growth mindset, continued education, and developing excellence.

Integrity

Cascade FC players are taught to be athletes of high integrity with their teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, fans, and within the community. Our coaches are honest and embrace the club's approach toward developing excellence, the Cascade FC playing philosophy, our Cascade FC core values and culture.
